Terms of delivery

Delivery is usually carried out by UPS.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery time is 3 - 5 days for unprinted or standard printed goods and 10 days for individually printed goods.

The delivery period begins with the conclusion of the contract, but not before you have provided any documents required for the production of the print, in particular not before any necessary declaration of printing authorization has been issued and sent.

If changes to the contract are subsequently agreed in writing, the delivery period shall begin again. If necessary, a new delivery date or a new delivery period shall be agreed at the same time.

If not all products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, provided this is reasonable for you.

If the ordered product is permanently unavailable because we are not supplied with this product by our supplier through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product.

If no comparable product is available or if you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will immediately reimburse you for any payments already made.

If we are temporarily prevented from fulfilling our contractual obligations due to force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the deadlines specified in the contract or on the basis of the contract shall be extended appropriately in accordance with the duration of the hindrance. In this case, we will inform you immediately and notify you of the expected delay.

At your written request, the goods will be insured against transport damage and/or theft at your expense.

In the case of deliveries to entrepreneurs, the risk shall pass to you upon dispatch of the goods. The transfer of risk for deliveries to consumers takes place when the goods are handed over to you.
